Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Academic Counselling), located in Kolkata. The individual will be responsible for conducting academic counselling sessions, engaging with potential students and their families to understand their needs, and recommending suitable educational solutions. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting presentations, performing market research, and actively communicating with stakeholders to drive student enrollments. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions and providing follow-ups as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering effective Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and parents
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet enrollment targets
• Prior experience in academic counselling or the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education or sales background preferred
