We are looking for a high-intent Academic Counselor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and drive enrolments for our learning programs. This role blends counseling + sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.
- Understand student requirements, career goals, and recommend the right program.
- Explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly.
- Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.
- Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.
- Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
- Track metrics: call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.
Preferred Candidate:
- 1+ year experience in EdTech sales / academic counseling / inside sales.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic CRM & computer skills.
