Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Assistant. The Business Development Assistant will provide support in identifying potential growth opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include assisting with communication efforts, collaborating on strategies to reach business goals, and providing excellent customer service to partners and stakeholders. The role may also involve creating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass or above (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Business mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Basic sales understanding or interest in sales

• Strong leadership qualities and team-handling ability

• Good management and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
