Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Secure new clients in IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage a client pipeline through networking, research, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong ties with HR, hiring managers, and department heads.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals aligning with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-8 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Other: Ability to work independently and in teams, willingness to travel.
