Job Description

Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new ideas for business expansion in the market, building up relations with new and old clients, generating inquiries & converting leads.

Role/Requirements :

  • Responsible for the acquisition of new clients.
  • Will be responsible for business development efforts that generate leads and increase sales.
  • Will be responsible for collaboration in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.
  • Will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc

Skill Set :

  • Develop and organize new business development initiatives.
  • To research and collect the details about the upcoming project requirements.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in residential, public space, and large commercial fit-out projects.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with clients professionally.
  • Experience with MS Office is a must, and knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe suite is preferred.
  • Good Fluency in English and the Local language

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the architecture or interior design industry - preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and architectural concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
