Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development and Sales Executive located in Jalandhar. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and managing ongoing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Communication and Sales to identify and convert potential leads into successful business opportunities
  • Experience in Business Development to devise and implement strategies for growth and market expansion
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the investment, financial, or real estate sectors is a significant advantage

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: 6,90,000 per annum (including fixed and performance-linked variable pay)
