We are building a new category in early childhoodone that is rooted in creativity, safety, and child-led exploration.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and close partnerships with:
  • Return gifting companies
  • Gifting and lifestyle brands
  • Restaurants and experiential venues
  • Build collaboration opportunities that drive visibility and revenue
  • Negotiate terms, structure partnerships, and ensure execution

Events, Flea Markets & Activations

  • Identify relevant flea markets, pop-ups, and event opportunities
  • Secure stall partnerships and collaboration opportunities
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations and experiences
  • Ensure strong brand presence and customer engagement

Community & Network Building

  • Build and nurture relationships within the parenting and creator ecosystem
  • Engage with the Dabble community to drive participation and collaborations
  • Create a strong network of aligned partners

Outreach & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners
  • Drive consistent outreach and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely closures and long-term relationship management

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or brand collaborations
  • Proven ability to close deals and drive partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with brands, events, or influencer collaborations
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
