Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development and Marketing Associate in Faridabad. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients. The individual will play an active role in fostering relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and identifying business trends
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and building client pipelines
- Exceptional Presentation and communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to prepare and deliver impactful Presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
