We're seeking a driven, creative, and entrepreneurial Business Development & Growth professionalto help us scale our user base and partnerships. You'll be at the frontline of Carret's growth - leading BD outreach, crafting content, and driving organic campaigns to build awareness, trust, and conversions. This is a high-impact role with a steep learning curve, ownership from Day 1, and direct exposure to founders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with partners: neobanks, fintechs, wallets, remittance apps, SaaS exporters, and service platforms.
- Manage the full BD lifecycle - from prospecting, outreach, meetings, follow-ups and closing deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential integrations and partnerships.
2. Partnership-Led Growth Execution
- Collaborate with partners for co-marketing, launches, and ongoing engagement to drive transaction volumes.
- Coordinate with product, ops, and compliance teams to launch and scale successful partner integrations.
- Track key metrics for each partner and build playbooks for repeatable growth.
3. Growth Analytics
- Track key metrics across channels and partnerships and use insights to double down on what's working and refine growth playbooks.
- Map out the competitive landscape, identify whitespace, and benchmark against existing solutions.
- Stay plugged into ecosystem trends and identify high-leverage communities/events for presence.
What We're Looking For
- 25 years in BD, growth, or partnerships (crypto, fintech, or SaaS is a big plus)
- Clear, confident communicator you can lead calls, write sharp emails, and explain value succinctly
- Capable of earning trust with both early-stage startups and mid-size fintech players.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independently driving projects from idea to execution.
- Able to manage multiple partner conversations, coordinate timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Understands how to prioritize high-leverage partnership opportunities aligned with the company's GTM roadmap
- Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem or a high curiosity to learn
- Prior experience of working with fintech is a huge plus
