We are building a large scale chat platform with an integrated rewards ecosystem and are hiring a Business Development Executive to onboard brands across India. This role focuses on securing partnerships with consumer brands, digital services, D2C companies, fintech, travel, entertainment, food, and lifestyle platforms to strengthen our rewards marketplace. The objective is to build a strong and relevant brand portfolio that enhances user engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard brands across ecommerce, OTT, food, travel, fintech, gaming, wellness, and lifestyle categories
• Reach out to partnerships and marketing teams to position our platform as a rewards and distribution channel
• Structure partnerships including vouchers, discounts, cashback offers, and reward integrations
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and launch
• Coordinate with product and operations teams to enable partner integrations
• Maintain structured tracking of pipeline and partnership status
• Continuously improve partner mix based on user relevance and platform priorities

Candidate Profile
• 1 to 4 years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong communication, outreach, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple partner conversations
• High ownership and structured execution
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with rewards, loyalty, or affiliate platforms
• Background in consumer internet, fintech, ecommerce, or gaming
• Existing relationships with brand partnerships or marketing teams
