Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager to lead client engagement and sales for Clemora Estate.
The role involves building relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners, creating sales opportunities, and converting high-value villa sales.
This is a relationship-driven consultative sales role focused on luxury real estate and lifestyle investments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and connect with HNI investors, entrepreneurs, and second-home buyers
* Build relationships with wealth managers, family offices, and luxury real estate brokers
* Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners
Sales & Client Engagement
* Present the Clemora Estate concept and investment opportunity to prospective buyers
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
* Manage the complete sales funnel from inquiry to closure
Lead Generation
* Generate leads through
luxury real estate networks
private events
golf clubs
investor communities
HNI networks
Marketing Collaboration
* Work closely with the marketing team on
sales campaigns
investor presentations
exclusive preview events
Deal Closure
* Negotiate and close sales for premium villas priced between 46 Cr
* Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and payment schedules.
Experience
* 512 years experience in luxury real estate sales / hospitality / investment advisory
* Experience selling high ticket real estate or lifestyle investments preferred
* Existing HNI network strongly preferred
Skills
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication and presentation ability
* Understanding of luxury real estate and investment products
* Ability to manage long sales cycles
