Business Developer

Job Location : Namakkal

Shift : Night Shift ( 5PM to 2 AM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the US and international markets.

• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.

Generate business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Maintain a structured lead tracker / CRM.

Follow up consistently until closure or disqualification.

Share proposals, company profile, and capability documents with clients.

Follow up on proposals and support negotiations within management guidelines.

• Generating Leads, moving the opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Keeping the pipeline strong by strong follow up.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong spoken English with US accent clarity.
• Proven outbound sales or cold-calling experience.
• Confidence in speaking to US clients over phone.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Civil With MBA preferred.
