- Roles and responsibilities -
- Build, Manage and Convert the B2B sales funnel for Shivrai products.
- Qualify the leads generated through marketing for Shivrai product fit and pricing standards.
- Leverage lead gen channels to find the potential customers, pursue them and convert them.
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers to retain and scale them.
- Upsell our product offerings to existing customers to scale them working closely with the customer success team.
- Provide effective product pitches and demos to customers.
- Work with cross functional teams like Marketing and Operations to collate relevant content and implement successful Lead Nurturing Campaigns that leverage multiple to-go-market channels with the Objective of converting Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Ready.
- Responsible for selling the software products and generating revenue as a Direct Sales activity.
- Demonstrate high level of Account management skills; Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets and initiate and maintain regular customer contact and maximize the sales.
- Demonstrate excellent management skills, with a proven ability to track progress and undertake the required follow-up to maximize lead conversion.
- End-to-end ownership of target client search, identification & pursuing the leads to generate revenue.
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments.
- Build& maintain high level of Product knowledge and achieve sales targets consistently.
