Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes.
  • Participate in the design and analysis of surveys and feedback tools.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes and analyses conducted.
  • Train team members on best practices in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience in conducting market analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
  • Certifications in data analysis or related fields are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
