Business Data Analyst (Power BI)

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Data Analyst Power BI responsible for supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of Power BI reporting assets across multiple engagements. The role focuses on ensuring reporting outputs remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined data structures and governance requirements.

Key activities include managing report updates, validating source data, supporting changes to existing data models, and maintaining documentation for dashboards and measures. The role works closely with internal team members to respond to reporting requests, resolve data issues, and support the reliable delivery of recurring reporting outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and supporting Power BI dashboards in a production environment
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets as primary data sources
• Understanding of data modelling concepts and relationships
• Practical experience using DAX to maintain measures and calculations
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy, consistency, and version control
• Ability to work within defined data and reporting standards
• Clear written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Exposure to enterprise reporting in procurement, infrastructure, or project delivery contexts is beneficial
