This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across operational and financial teams. You will work with large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support network optimization and performance improvement. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise to build robust data pipelines and scalable data models. You will also play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful dashboards and reports that support strategic and operational decisions. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with analytics, operations, and product teams. Accountabilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities for business and network performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports for monitoring operational and network performance using visualization tools.
- Analyze key operational and business metrics to generate insights that support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple systems and data sources.
- Automate repetitive data processes and continuously improve existing data workflows and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, analytics, and product to deliver data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a closely related role.
- Strong expertise in SQL with advanced-level proficiency in querying and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Python, Spark, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience working with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work deeply with complex datasets.
- Good understanding of logistics or network analytics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to translate business problems into data solutions and communicate insights clearly.
