Role Description

• Day to day coordination with customers for the business development team.
• Calling and fixing physical and e meetings with customers for the business development team.
• Coordinating and attending meetings along with business development team.
• Documentation checking and filing
• Follow up for meetings and documentation.
• Daily report generation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and a presentable personality.
• Must be experienced in telephonic, Face to face conversation, and business centric email drafting.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced work environments
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Must have experience of business tools and software, including MS Office, Internet, use of AI for business, Social media
• Any bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Defence family background is a bonus but not mandatory
