Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients through field sales, and driving revenue growth by promoting our innovative IT solutions, including managed services, cloud, networking, security, and staff augmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Develop and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized IT solutions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals
- Maintain daily reports of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development, preferably in IT services
- Experience in areas such as IT managed services (data centers, networking, security, cloud, staff augmentation) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
