Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager for Salesforce services sales. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong track record in enterprise software sales, and experience in managing complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for driving new business, building partner relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce consulting and implementation services
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (3X)
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives and Alliances team on joint opportunities
  • Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Lead proposal creation, pricing, contract negotiations, and closing deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in B2B IT services/software sales, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce
  • Proven track record of closing $500K+ deals with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, licensing, and partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or Salesforce certifications a plus)
