Business Consultant

Vector Consulting Group is an 19-year-old homegrown Indian management consulting company. We offer unique solutions to chronic wicked problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.

We have a strategic tie-up with TIS Inc., a $4.00 Bn Japanese company. Last year, we opened offices in Indonesia and the US and currently we have projects running in 23 countries.

As part of its expansion plans, the company is looking for Business Consultants who will drive and execute high-end Supply chain/operations/sales consulting engagements. You will be put into a rigorous training program followed by in-house Certifications. In your first one or two assignments, you will work closely with a Lead Consultant. Later, you will act as a lead consultant with the following responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop solution design along with subject area experts.
• Conduct buy-in sessions with senior / middle management.
• Manage, drive and lead the project in a functional area (production, distribution, sales, or projects) for getting the desired results.

Required Experience:

• Engineer + MBA with total 1.5 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience of Operations / Distribution or Project Management in New Product development / ETO environments is preferred.
