Role Overview
We are hiring aBusiness Consultantwho will be responsible forhandling leads, understanding client requirements, pitching suitable accommodation solutions, and closing bookings. The role is consultative in nature and requires strongsales, communication, and follow-up skills.
This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable withtargets, lead closure, and client interaction, and who can guide customers from enquiry to confirmed booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Handleinbound and outbound leadsreceived through website, campaigns, and partners
- Understand student/client requirements and recommend suitable accommodation options
- Pitch Acolyte Living offerings including pricing, facilities, locations, and policies
- Coordinate withinternational and domestic accommodation partnersfor availability and bookings
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads intoconfirmed closures
- Manage documentation, booking confirmations, and onboarding support
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or internal trackers
- Achievemonthly sales and closure targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 03 years of experiencein sales, business consulting, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups
- Target-driven mindset with ability to close deals
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Willingness to learn aboutstudent housing and international accommodation markets
Preferred Attributes
- Experience inreal estate, student accommodation, ed-tech, BFSI, or service sales
- Exposure to international clients or partnerships is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
Compensation
1.8 LPA 3.0 LPA (CTC)
