- 34 discussion rounds understanding ownership areas
- 1-month NDA cohort to test execution, strategic thinking & collaboration
- Cofounder/Partner Agreement post successful cohort
- Equity officially allotted after funding + Pvt Ltd registration
- 45 year vesting with a long-term partnership mindset
- No fixed pay until funding this is an ownership-driven role
Role Overview
As a
Business Consultant, you will work closely with MSMEs to diagnose problems, create actionable strategies, and support the execution of growth initiatives. You will also help us build BizVidya's nationwide network of MSME partners, associations, and industry connections.
This role is ideal for someone who understands business models, operations, and growth and wants to build long-term equity in a high-impact consulting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- MSME Strategy & Consulting
- Conduct assessments for MSMEs across marketing, operations, finance, and customer experience
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Build structured consulting reports, frameworks, and roadmaps
- Support implementation with BizVidya's internal team & external partners
- Market & Business Research
- Map industries, sectors, and MSME clusters across India
- Analyze competitor behaviour, demand patterns, customer insights
- Contribute to BizVidya's proprietary research and data systems
- Nationwide Network Building
- Build relationships with MSMEs, associations, chambers, consultants, and business groups
- Create partnerships with agencies (legal, finance, marketing, tech)
- Expand BizVidya's presence across states via meetups, webinars & collaborations
- Growth & Execution Support
- Work with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Help design growth campaigns, workshops, and consulting bundles for MSMEs
- Assist in onboarding MSMEs into BizVidya's consulting ecosystem
