Role Overview

The Supply Chain Logistics Business Consultant plays a critical role in shaping, optimizing, and digitalizing end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Logistics processes. The role requires strong domain and IT expertise, the ability to design scalable business solutions, and close collaboration with global and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & Logistics Domain Expertise

• Demonstrate strong end‑to‑end (E2E) business flow and process logic expertise within the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.

• Maintain deep knowledge of industry best practices and connected IT solutions.

2. Business Process Optimization & Solution Architecture

• Lead business solutioning and architectural design activities to support scalable and future‑ready IT systems.

• Analyze global IT requirements, evaluate business impact, and prioritize activities across multiple operational scenarios.

• Identify process synergies, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities across E2E value streams.

• Drive efficiency in business operations by implementing relevant IT solutions and standardized processes.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Managers, Key Users, IT Delivery Teams, and other stakeholders to analysis the IT issues, drive changes and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Anchor cross‑functional initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.

4. Training, Competency Development & Change Management

• Identify organizational training needs related to Process & IT systems related to organization road map

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs to strengthen competencies across global and regional teams whenever it is required

• Support business adoption of new tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.

5. Digitalization & Technology Enablement

• Drive digital transformation initiatives aimed at enabling Ease of Doing Business and process.

• Support the organization in adopting modern technologies and data-driven decision-making practices.

• Contributes to building a strong data culture and ensure processes and systems support E2E data visibility and integrity.

6. IT Governance, Strategy & Delivery Support

• Be IT platform expertise to align with the organization's digital and IT architecture strategy.

• Translate business priorities into clear IT development requirements and ensure timely, quality deliveries.

• Support strategic decision-making by identifying critical business needs and ensuring IT solutions meet customer expectations.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelors/master's degree in business administration or related field or computer science

10 to 14 years of Hands-on Experience in Logistics / Supply chain operations and process & IT solutions as Business Consultant

Minimum 2 - 3 full cycle System Implementation experience in global scale as a expert consultant in Supply chain logistics management and Enterprise resource planning

Preferably to have work experience in IT logistics platforms like Oracle Transport Management (OTM), Oracle Fusion or any other ERP

Possess hands-on experience in project management and workshop facilitation

Excellent communication and presentation skills
