Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Policy formulation and alignment based on the business requirement and regulatory framework
Ensure adherence of compliance and extant regulation at the time of Policy formulation
Competition benchmarking and review of policies and programs
Periodic reporting of Portfolio quality on various dimensions to respective stakeholders. Identify and monitor any early warning in Portfolio health and delinquency
Use data and analytics for portfolio health tracking and systematically improving the Policy and Process
Conducting Training and query resolution pertaining to Product Policy of line team
Liaison with internal IT team for coding of policies and program scorecards in BRE and LOS, vetting and testing of BRE/ scorecards
Reviewing , maintaining and up-keeping of BRE rules, scorecards and STP journeys and other digital intiativesPr
