Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Cold Calling & Business Associate Intern to join our team at AQSS. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for making cold calls, managing leads, and helping optimize the sales process.
This internship is designed to give you exposure to the sales pipeline, CRM management, and market research within the technology and consulting space. You'll work closely with the team, gain valuable skills, and have the chance to improve your cold calling and sales abilities.
Stipend: 5000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Make 50 cold calls daily to potential clients in the tech consultancy space.
Build relationships with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Use Google Analytics and data scraping tools to extract potential leads.
Update and track lead status in the CRM system accurately.
CRM Management & Data Entry
Ensure CRM data is updated regularly and accurately.
Maintain proper lead tracking and provide daily progress reports.
Organize leads based on priority and status, following up where necessary.
Feedback and Script Improvement
Learn different cold calling scripts and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Participate in discussions to improve scripts and pitch decks based on real-world feedback.
Client & Team Interaction
Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and close leads.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to discuss leads, improve sales strategies, and report on performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong Communication Skills: Must be comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
CRM Usage: Familiarity with CRM tools for data entry and tracking.
Lead Generation: Basic understanding of Google Analytics and data scraping tools.
Persistent & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet daily and weekly targets.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data and reports.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
