Role Overview
Key Responsibilities :
Investor Engagement & Sales
Interact with HNI and investor clients interested in commercial office investments
Present project details including design, specifications, and development progress
Explain investment fundamentals such as rental yield, ROI, leasing potential, and asset appreciation
Guide investors through the purchase process and close transactions
Commercial Investment Advisory
Help investors understand the financial logic of commercial real estate investments
Discuss leasing potential, tenant demand, and commercial market trends
Provide clarity on long-term value and income generation from commercial assets
Project Representation
Represent the project professionally to prospective buyers and investors
Communicate the architectural vision, quality of construction, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with the internal architecture and development teams when required
Lead Management & Relationship Building
Manage investor leads generated through marketing initiatives
Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture investor relationships
Build long-term networks with repeat investors and referral clients
Market Insights
Track commercial real estate demand, rental benchmarks, and leasing trends in Pune
Provide feedback to the development team on market expectations and buyer behaviour
Candidate Profile :
We are looking for a professional who has:
5+ years of experience in a business role
Experience handling investor-driven transactions and HNI clients
Understanding of commercial office investments and leasing dynamics
Ability to confidently discuss ROI, rental yields, and investment value
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Professional presence suited for investor interactions
