Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technology aspects is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
• Assist in the development and communication of business strategies and roadmaps.
