Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals in understanding business architecture principles and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional, OpenLink Endur. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with OpenLink Endur. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to create detailed business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed solutions. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
