In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role also entails supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring that the solutions are effectively integrated into the operating environment. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous engagement with business units are key aspects of daily activities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster consensus among diverse stakeholders.
