Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Drive the development and refinement of business models and processes to support strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Good experience of Capital Markets, working on Risk Domain.
  • Should have worked as BA
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Should have worked in agile, scrum setup.
  • Should have prior experience in creation of BRD s and FRD s.
  • Exposure to Tableau, GCP preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational models.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
