The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive the development and refinement of business models and processes to support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Skilled in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions and operational models.
• Should have worked as BA for at least 8+ years.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Should have worked in agile, scrum setup.
• Should have prior experience in creation of BRD s and FRD s.
• Banking BA with strong exp. in Accounting and Finance knowledge
