Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify integration opportunities.
  • Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage complex projects and guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
