Project Role Description : Designs the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Understands the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration.

Summary

As a Business and Integration Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive integration strategies that connect various endpoints and data flows to ensure alignment between technology solutions and overarching business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire project life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing operations. The professional collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth execution of projects, continuously monitoring and refining processes to support business goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integration frameworks that support business strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience in designing and documenting integration strategies and data flow architectures.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and drive consensus among diverse teams.
  • Skilled in overseeing project life-cycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and optimize solutions.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
