Your impact
The Business Analyst will support the
Technology Submission Request (TSR) process, ensuring business-led projects and IT alignment. This role is critical for enabling transparency, accelerating delivery, and maintaining governance across technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management
- Guide Product Owners through submission requests and validate completeness.
- Ensure requests meet strategic priorities before IT assessment and Operations Board review.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, dependencies, and compliance needs.
- Document functional and technical boundaries for IT assessments.
- IT Assessment Support
- Assist with technology roadmap alignment, cybersecurity and AI reviews, SOX compliance, and procurement considerations.
- Operations Board Coordination
- Prepare agendas and IT capacity snapshots for monthly reviews.
- Track decisions and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Transparency & Reporting
- Maintain visibility of request status via dashboards.
- Provide updates on backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT governance.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and business-led IT frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- Action-oriented mindset for driving organizational change.
