Business Analytics Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Analytics Trainer. The role involves delivering comprehensive training sessions on business analytics concepts, developing course curricula, mentoring students, and evaluating their progress. This position requires creating engaging teaching materials, coaching students to enhance their skills and career readiness, and closely collaborating with peers to ensure quality program delivery. Additionally, the role may involve supporting institutional sales efforts to onboard organizations for training and academic programs.

• Strong skills in Training and Teaching, with an ability to explain technical concepts to learners of varying levels.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Coaching to design engaging academic and industry-ready programs.
• Sales or Business Development experience to support institutional collaborations and student enrollment efforts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analytics or AI concepts will be considered a plus.
