We are seeking for a dynamic Business Analyst to lead the development & enhancement of inhouse CRM application. This role will focus on automating data dashboards and driving the implementation of AI features.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the CRM app.
- Lead initiatives to automate dashboards, ensuring realtime visibility of key metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI features (personalization, intelligent recommendations etc.).
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Drive adoption through training, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Track KPIs, measure impact of automation and AI features.
- Provide insights to leadership for decisionmaking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Management related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience with relevant skillset.
- Good understanding of CRM systems, data visualization, and dashboard automation.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in digital products.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Handson experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools (SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure).
- Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
