Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. If you're a recent graduate excited about technology, supply chain management, Generative AI, and conversational commerce platforms, this is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast-paced startup working with SaaS solutions, GenAI, and conversational commerce for supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various clients, including brands, distributors, and retailers, to align software solutions with customer needs.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in the supply chain SaaS industry.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, concise, and professional documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to generate insightful visual reports, identifying performance trends and areas for optimization within the supply chain process.
- Presentations: Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients using AI tools and advanced data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excel Expertise: Demonstrate advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Agile Environment: Work in an agile, dynamic startup environment, adapting to ad-hoc tasks and changing priorities.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to continuous learning and quickly implement new tools and strategies to drive business improvements.
- Product Support: Support the product team by gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable product features or updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B/B2C, commerce/e-commerce, SaaS, enterprise platforms, and GenAI is highly desirable.
- Good hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Heightapp or any other
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands on experience in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini etc..
- Expertise in competitive analysis and gap analysis
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and industry practices.
