We're Hiring | Business Analyst – Process Automation
Location: Bangalore
Budget: 5 LPA
We're looking for a Business Analyst – Process Automation to eliminate manual work and drive high-ROI automation across our fashion value chain. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll design and deploy automations that dramatically reduce turnaround times and scale operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Build and deploy automations across reporting, research, presentations, and operations
Identify high-impact automation opportunities through process mapping
Rapidly prototype, test, and scale automation solutions
Enable teams with self-service automation tools and training
What We're Looking For
2+ years in automation, process improvement, or technical operations
Hands-on experience with Python, RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere), APIs
Exposure to no-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Strong business process understanding and ROI mindset
Preferred: Fashion/retail exposure, supply chain automation, design-tool automation, data/ML skills, consulting background.
