Job Summary
The position requires working closely with the Country Head, South Asia to achieve the strategic business objectives of the organization by conceptualizing effective strategies, providing analytical support, creating long-range plan, reviewing business metrics in line with the operating plan and executing projects.
The role is required to deal with senior stakeholders at the country, regional and global levels and take critical decisions. The candidate will be required to multi-task, and should possess an eye for details, be able to perform under stringent deadlines, and be able to aggregate and interpret data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges faced by the senior management.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate inputs from Business Units and Enabling Function to prepare the 5-year Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan on behalf of South Asia
- The role is responsible for working on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring a high degree of judgment, confidentiality, tact, creativity and initiative to resolve problems
- The role will provide Business Intelligence using the advanced tools, data visualization, interactive dashboards and analytics to support business planning and management decisions
- Work on key strategic projects, with cross functional teams to create high business impact
- Study business functions to gather information, outline problems, opportunities and recommend solutions
- Suggest changes to senior management using data analytics to support recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Create informative and actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Will be part of management meetings, review meetings and strategy meetings be responsible to capture the action items, follow up and follow through.
- Role will also provide administrative support in managing the calendar, travel, and expenses for the Country Head.

Your Background
- MBA from a premier B-School
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a business analyst / strategic assistance/ project management
- Must have work experience of BI Tools and MS Office
- Ability to prepare interactive dashboards for management presentation
