Job Description: Associate Business Analyst & Operations specialist
Reporting to: Strategy & Commercial Excellence manager
Job Roles & responsibilities:
The resource is expected to be delivered on below KPIs:
Business Intelligence:
- Maintain & update master data files on an ongoing basis
- Support with daily/ weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on billing, sales team performance
- Support with documentation of IOL bundling agreements in coordination with the sales teams & ensure compliance & update on regular basis to SFDC
- Maintaining governance in SFDC to ensure sales data correctness vs SAP data
- Fulfilling data requirements/ consumption details from sales teams for consumables (IOLs)
- Proficiency in data reporting, data visualization
- Understanding L2C cycle & supporting business with order processing
Marketing Operations:
- Manage Fiori processes, including PR-PO raising, to streamline marketing operations.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to support campaign execution.
- Ensure the integration and alignment of marketing technologies with business needs.
Vendor and materials Management:
- Handle vendor registration and payments to ensure smooth and effective collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the ordering, printing, stock management, and dispatch of marketing materials.
- Ensure materials are high quality and available as needed for campaigns and events.
Event & Tradeshow Coordination:
- Assist the Marketing Communications and Trade Show Manager with planning and logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and webinars.
- Ensure all promotional materials and event assets are ready and support on-site or virtual event's needs.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee complete end-to-end onboarding/exit process for employees with joining/ exit formalities, timely submissions of year-end tax proofs
- Validate & process employee invoices, expenses & support with tool inventory & access for employees
- Process attendance/ payroll etc for employees, ensure timely submission of relevant documents for processing salary on time
- Maintain accurate employee database with regular monthly updates & sharing with cross functional stakeholders
Skills/ Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, marketing, budget management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Fiori, Microsoft excel, SFDC, Power BI
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
