Blissclub is building India's most loved women's activewear brand. As we scale across online and offline channels, decisions need to move faster and they need to move on clean, reliable data.

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will become the single source of truth for business reporting at Blissclub: someone who not only builds dashboards but owns the integrity of the data behind them and drives the analytical agenda across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Standardised reporting across the business

Design, build, and maintain a centralised reporting layer covering channels (D2C, marketplace, retail), P&L, GMV, sell-through, and unit economics. Define metric definitions so every team is working off the same numbers , no more conflicting figures across functions.

2. Data pipeline hygiene

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and breakages in data flows from source systems (Shopify, ERP, POS, ad platforms). Work with tech and ops teams to fix root causes and establish validation routines so reports are trusted, not questioned.

3. Ad-hoc analysis (central ask)

Be the go-to analyst for leadership and cross-functional teams. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses cohort studies, channel attribution, discount impact, inventory ageing, performance marketing ROI, and more. Deliver actionable recommendations, not just output.

4. Reporting infrastructure & governance

Own the reporting calendar, MIS templates, and data dictionary. Streamline how reports are produced, reviewed, and consumed. Reduce manual effort while increasing frequency and reliability of business insights.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 2–4 years in a data/analytics role, ideally at a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand
  • Are proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, messy datasets
  • Can build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Are strong in Excel/Google Sheets for modelling and presentation-ready output
  • Ask so what before hitting send — you frame findings in business terms, not just data outputs
  • Can juggle a recurring reporting rhythm with urgent one-off asks without dropping either
  • Are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end with minimal hand-holding

Nice to have

  • Python / pandas for data manipulation at scale
  • Experience working with Shopify data or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Understanding of performance marketing analytics (ROAS, CAC, attribution)
  • Familiarity with dbt or a modern data warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
  • Exposure to retail or omnichannel operations
