Job Description
Business Analyst (3–5 yrs)
Chennai (Mandatory WFO) | Immediate joiners preferred
Role:
- Gather & analyze business requirements
- Work with dev teams to deliver solutions
- Prepare functional/non-functional docs
- Support testing & issue resolution
Must-Have:
- 3–5 yrs BA experience
- Prior experience in Dev/Testing is preferred
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, Jira
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL & programming concepts
Good to Have:
- Experience with working in eCommerce / Retail / Supply Chain / Logistics projects
- ERP / SAP exposure
Note:
- Should be comfortable working in UK time zone (till 10:30 PM / 11.30 PM IST)
- Flexible for critical business discussions as required
