Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Governance & Data Compliance to support the governance and monitoring of user access across enterprise platforms. The role focuses on ensuring secure data sharing, maintaining compliance standards, and implementing effective access governance practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with access management and audit processes, and the ability to collaborate with technical, legal, and business stakeholders to identify risks and drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user permissions, access controls, and data sharing across enterprise platforms.
• Define and maintain as-is and to-be access models aligned with governance standards.
• Conduct user access audits and analyse datasets to identify risks, anomalies, or un authorized access.
• Establish audit processes, monitoring frameworks, and reporting mechanisms where required.
• Assess the impact of access changes on business workflows and client operations.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams on data sharing policies and governance.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and unauthorized access.
• Design and document processes, policies, and governance frameworks for system access.
• Troubleshoot complex permission and sharing issues across enterprise systems.
• Work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and drive solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Overall 8-12 years : Experience in Access Management, Identity Governance, or User Permission Management.
• Strong data analysis and audit skills, including working with large datasets.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and security governance.
• Ability to document processes and implement governance frameworks.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms or collaboration tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with information security and access control frameworks is a plus
