Description
We are seeking a Salesforce ServiceMax Business Analyst with 6-12 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business needs, implementing ServiceMax solutions, and supporting users to enhance our field service operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce ServiceMax.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs and ensure alignment with Salesforce ServiceMax capabilities.
- Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceMax solutions to meet business objectives.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the solutions are functioning as intended.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce ServiceMax functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ServiceMax or similar field service management solutions.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
