Job Description

Workfall is a new age premium-talent tech platform, looking for Business Analysts who will act as an important liaison between our engineering efforts and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring successful completion of analyzing, building, testing and deploying software business requirements. 

Mandatory Requirement:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in software application development
  • Strong foundation in core BA concepts, including: UML diagrams, BRD (Business RequirementDocuments), User stories & acceptance criteria
  • Experience with project management and wireframing tools, such as: Jira, Figma, Draw.io / Visio / Lucidchart
  • Candidates must have consistent experience in a BA role (not recently transitioned within the last few months)
  • Excellent communication skills with working proficiency in English
  • High learning agility, curiosity, and dedication toward professional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business implications through observations, stakeholder interviews, and analysis
  • Drive discussions with product owners and business stakeholders to identify problems and define solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
  • Facilitate and support product backlog management
  • Define and refine acceptance criteria with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers for story clarity, estimation, and delivery
  • Negotiate and propose alternative solutions when needed
  • Write test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensure functionality aligns with business requirements before release
  • Manage approvals and change requests with product leadership
  • Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Visio, or Draw.io
  • Work within Agile environments (scrums, sprint planning, releases)
  • Define configuration specifications and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Document and improve system processes
  • Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements
  • Communicate insights and findings to product teams
  • Continuously improve monitoring, processes, and customer value delivery
