Skills And Qualifications Required

  • Experience of 1-3 years in the field of data analysis. Experience in domain of e-commerce or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Aptitude and curiosity for solving problems with the ability to break down the problem into smaller parts.
  • Appetite for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.
  • A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and deliver results with high accuracy.
  • Organizational skills with an ability to stay focused on achieving time-bound results by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Humble, kind, and open to feedback (super important)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Analyse end-to-end funnels beginning with the creator's social media activities, redirections to brand website and conversions for continuous optimizations
  • Design dashboards to track team's progress and draw meaningful insights
  • Analyse user behaviour across Wishlink Products and provide relevant insights to product teams
  • Develop intelligence on creator X brand matchmaking and recommendation engine for creators
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements
  • Communicate complex analytical insights and business implications effectively
  • Define solutions & strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking
  • Take end to end ownership of the projects at various stages from data extraction, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, dashboarding and reporting Support in representation of organization performance to shareholders and investors by the management team

We aim to enable every creator to truly express their lifestyle, connect deeply with their audience and create content sustainably.

  • We believe that the creators should own their stores - we're building stores for them (under the creator's name and branding)
  • We believe that stores should allow every creator to truly express themselves - on their store they can literally put any product, from any brand, available anywhere on the internet
  • We believe that creating and managing the store should be a piece of cake for the creators - the dashboards (both storefront and analytics) should provide a seamless experience to the creators

About The Founders

Wishlink came into existence over an interesting conversation about how the pandemic really was a turning point for social media creators. People were inside their homes, missing real-time connections - and creators came to the rescue. Although content creation and consumption had increased manifold, creators weren't able to monetize & create content sustainably.

That's When The 3 Of Us, Chandan, Shaurya, And Divyansh Decided To Solve Monetization For Creators. We're Friends From College (IIT Delhi) And Have Extensive Tech, Strategy, And Product Experience Having Worked At Bain, Goldman Sachs, Classplus, And Mudrex. We Also Have a Couple Of Shared Passions

  • and, consuming content for hours (Divyansh checks his Insta 100+ times a day :P)

We strongly believe that creators are superhumans - they own attention, have a massive following, and influence the lifestyle choices of millions.

Attention on the internet is prime real estate. Creators can choose what they want to do with their real estate. A storefront of their own, renting it out as a multi-brand outlet for other brands. This will be the true fruition of the creator economy
