The Role:
We're looking for a Business Analyst who is well-versed in Scrum methodologies and experienced in coordinating with clients across various time zones, especially EST. The ideal candidate will excel in managing both in-house and remote teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Job Location-: Lucknow (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and manage project progress using Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate with clients in the EST time zone to understand their requirements and meet their needs.
- Facilitate communication between in-house and remote team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital or IT environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to work with clients across different time zones, particularly EST.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing both in-house and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar digital solution platforms is a plus.
