Job Title:Business Analyst (Service & SaaS)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 15 years
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands service-based IT businesses and SaaS products, can interact with clients confidently, and help convert leads into paying customers.
You will work closely with the founding and sales team to generate leads, prepare client proposals, and support deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements for both IT services and SaaS products
  • Create clear and structured client proposals, pitch decks, and requirement documents
  • Support lead generation activities (inbound & outbound)
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Assist in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Help in budget estimation and pricing discussions
  • Track leads, conversion status, and client feedback
  • Support onboarding of converted clients

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience or exposure to service-based IT projects and SaaS products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write client proposals and business documentation
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
  • Experience working with startups or early-stage products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of product management or UX flows
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles

Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: 2 4.8 LPA (based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on converted clients
