Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and developing detailed solutions to meet organizational objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project goals, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring that business processes align with the company's strategic goals. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Understanding of architecture-related industries or experience in a similar field is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have working knowledge of SCRUM methodologies and agile practices.
