Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Vendor Set-Up Data Management Specialist

In this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Set-Up Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the vendor set-up process, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining comprehensive vendor records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate the vendor onboarding process, including collecting necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter vendor information into the company%27s database and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of vendor data and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during the set-up process, addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless vendor integration.

  • Compliance: Ensure all vendor data complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on vendor data to support decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent,

  • Good years of experience in data management, vendor management, or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Knowledge of industry best practices in vendor management and data integrity.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment
